TPT Season 3 utilizes a scoring system that rewards participation, finishing in the top half of any tourney, and making the final table.

Participation Points:

All competitors are awarded participation for every tournament in which they play. The f lat rate for participation points is 100 points per tournament. This represents a significant amount of points and allows players to continue to accumulate points even if they are not “cashing” for additional points by finishing in the top half or deeper of a tourney.

In addition to receiving 100 points per tournament entered, every participant who plays in 12 tournaments or more will receive a bonus of 350 points. Play in 16 tournaments or more during the regular season, and you will receive an additional 250 points. In total, 600 points can be earned simply by participating

Example: Player A plays in 13 tournaments during the regular season. She receives 100 points for each tournament entered for 1300 points. She also will receive a 350 point bonus for playing in at least 12 tournaments. He total participation points would be 1650 points.

Tournament Points:

Top Half Finishers: Every person who makes it into the top ½ of finishers at a TPT Season 3 Tournament is “in the money” (points, not money, but you know what I mean). The “Top Half Finishers” all receive the same payout for making it to the top 1/2 of finishers, and the allocation is 100 points.

Tourney Payout:

For each entrant to a tournament, 100 points is put toward the Tourney Payout. Tourney Payout points are paid out on the following basis:
