How the League Works
The Taiwan Poker Tour is about LEARNING, PRACTICE, and FUN! Players participate in FREE No Limit Texas Hold Em Tournaments at participating venues around the island to accumulate points. At the end of each season, top point earners gain entry to the final tournament where their points determine their chip stack. Players in the final tournament compete for the grand prize -- airfare to Macau in August to compete in a 2009 Asian Poker Tour event. Players can check the current season’s point standings here. WHY PLAY? Because Hold 'em tournaments are fun. Beginners get the chance to learn the ropes of this exciting game while risking nothing.
